Description

The BS8599-1:2019 Critical Injury Pack is designed to provide immediate treatment for casualties suffering from life-threatening injuries. It is particularly suited to higher-risk environments such as manufacturing facilities, machinery operations, construction sites, and forestry work. Supplied fully stocked, the pack contains essential items for controlling catastrophic bleeding, including a GEN 7 CAT tourniquet and haemostatic granules.

Our standard pack is intended for locations assessed as lower risk. It features haemostatic dressings, trauma dressings, and a compact military-style tourniquet with a durable aluminium rod, to support rapid response in an emergency.

We strongly recommend carrying out a thorough needs assessment to determine the correct number of Critical Injury Packs required. This should take into account both employees and members of the public, who may be present on site at any given time.
