The GDPR Accident Record Book is compliant with the latest GDPR regulations for Data Protection. The book also complies with HSE guidelines which came into effect from 1st January 2004.
All injuries and accidents occurring during working hours must be recorded in an accident record book.
This book is A5 with 20 reporting pages, handy to keep inside first aid kits or a designated first aid area. The pages can be easily removed and filed according to your organisation’s GDPR policy, keeping information confidential and compliant.
Books should be kept for a minimum of 3 years or retained as documented in your organisation’s data retention policy.
